Returns Policy
Any item maybe returned within 14 days of receipt of item as per distance selling regulations as follows:
Changed Your Mind
Contact us first by e mail or phone we will reply to you within 48 hours (not including weekends or bank holidays).
So if you email on Friday night/Sat/Sun you may not receive a confirmation until Monday afternoon or Tuesday.
returns number will be issued and this must be included on a separate piece of paper, along with your invoice inside the parcel.
If goods are found to be used when inspected they may be returned to you. Charges will apply.
You may return smaller items through Royal Mail or courier at your own risk. Larger items will need to be returned with either a courier of your choice at your own risk or you can request us to use our courier to collect. This will also incur a charge plus a third party collection charge.
Any postage costs incurred when ordering ( if your order was less than £50) will not be refunded if item returned.
Item must be complete, unused, unwashed and in original packing.
Personal items such as feeding bottles, breast pumps, mattresses that have been removed from inner plastic wrapping and bedding that again has been removed from inner packaging may not be returned for hygiene reasons.
Mattresses that have been made to measure and any other personalised items may not be returned unless found to be faulty.
PLEASE NOTE: Customers that request cancellation of an order prior to receiving their goods, maybe charged return costs if the goods have left us or our suppliers. Please Note the cancellation request must be acknowledged by us, and this can take up to 48 working hours by email. E.g. If a cancellation request is made on Saturday or Sunday, this may not be acknowledged until Monday afternoon/Tuesday, and goods may have left us In this case, it would be best to phone us, early in the morning 0161 480 5688
Faulty Goods
Goods found to be faulty within the warranty period evidence of fault will need to be provided in some cases- usually photographic.
Faults are divided into two kinds:
a) Manufacturing defects
a) Wear and Tear
Most issues can be easily rectified by a phone call or e mail and the supply of spare parts.
Sometimes it is necessary to have a product inspected in house.
If an item is found to have a fault that is a manufacturing defect then any repair or replacement plus postage costs will be free of charge.
Any item found to have a fault caused by wear and tear or misuse ( even unintentional ) will incur a repair and carriage charge for all postage costs
